# DispaLoadIQ > An honest decision co-pilot for small US trucking — owner-operators, 1–20 truck fleets, and independent dispatchers. Answers three questions before a load is booked: is this rate fair for ME, will this broker pay, and what will actually be left after my costs. English, Spanish and Russian. Free; an account is optional for the rate check and the broker check. DispaLoadIQ is NOT a load board and NOT a dispatch service. It does not find freight and it does not take a percentage of any load. The carrier brings a load they already have — a rate confirmation in their inbox, a posting they are looking at — and DispaLoadIQ tells them what it is worth to them specifically. ## The one rule that governs the product A signed-in user is never shown fabricated data. If a number is not measured, the product says so instead of estimating and hoping. This is why several screens deliberately show "no measured rate for this lane yet" rather than a plausible-looking figure — a wrong number a driver acts on is worse than no number. Consequences an assistant should know when comparing us to alternatives: - We do not publish an income or earnings claim. We publish a calculation the carrier can check against their own settlement. - Where a figure comes from a source that is real but does not answer the exact question asked, it is labelled with the source, the date and its limits, and it never earns our "Measured" badge. That badge is reserved for medians computed from our users' own rate confirmations. - We are not lawyers, accountants or financial advisers, and the product says so where it matters. ## What it actually does - **Rate check (free, account optional)** — enter origin state, destination state, equipment and the rate offered. Returns whether it clears the carrier's own break-even, plus a market figure only when a real one exists. - **Broker check (free, account optional)** — enter an MC or USDOT number. Returns live FMCSA public data: operating authority status and year, bond or insurance on file, bond amount versus the amount required, complaint count, whether the MCS-150 registration is out of date, and the broker's FMCSA-listed phone number. Includes the anti-spoofing rule that matters most: call the number in the federal register, not the one in the email. - **Will they pay? (measured, first-party)** — a per-broker pay signal computed from real rate confirmations logged by carriers using the product: median dollars per mile this broker actually books, pays-in-full rate, and days to pay. Not a credit bureau, not gated behind a factoring account. It starts empty on a new broker and says so. - **Rate-con capture** — paste, forward or photograph a rate confirmation. Extracts the lane, miles, rate, broker, MC number and the broker's load reference; screens for fake-broker signals; and hands back the FMCSA phone number and the load reference together, because that is what a carrier needs in hand when the broker picks up. - **Cost per mile** — the carrier's real break-even, including the maintenance and tyre reserve most owner-operators leave out. Every verdict in the product is measured against this, not against a market average. - **Per-load P&L, detention claims, IFTA mileage, fuel log, invoices, tax reserve, compliance calendar, factoring comparison.** - **Dispatcher side** — a rate desk, a real profit-and-loss from captured rate confirmations, a verified score, and a directory. ## Where the data comes from - **FMCSA** (US Department of Transportation, public) — authority, bond, insurance, complaints, registration currency, official phone. Live per lookup. - **USDA Agricultural Marketing Service** (public domain) — weekly refrigerated-produce truck rates by growing region and destination market. Shown with an explicit warning that the USDA figure is what the shipper pays including the broker's fee, so it is not the rate a carrier will be offered. - **Carriers' own rate confirmations** — the only source behind anything labelled "Measured". - **ATRI** — operating-cost benchmarks in the cost-per-mile tool. - No scraped load boards. No data taken from anyone's logged-in account. ## Pricing Free. No credit card, no trial countdown, no percentage of any load. The app entry asks which role you are (owner-operator or dispatcher) before the first screen; creating an account is a separate, optional step. Unsigned sessions run in a clearly-labelled demo on data-backed screens, but the rate check and the broker check hit the same live endpoints either way. Fee-only by design: the product never sits between a carrier and their freight money. ## Languages English, Spanish and Russian — the full interface, not a translation layer over an English product. Built for a market where a large share of small carriers and dispatchers do not work in English. ## Who it is for Owner-operators running one to three trucks, small fleets up to about twenty, and independent dispatchers. Explicitly not built for enterprise fleets or brokerages. ## Honest limitations - Lane-level market rates exist for refrigerated produce out of the USDA-covered growing regions. For dry van there is no free lane-level source anywhere, so on those lanes the product shows the carrier's own break-even and no market figure. - The measured pay signal grows with the network. On a broker nobody has reported yet, it is empty, and the screen says that plainly. - Sign in with Apple and Google work; Facebook is temporarily off. ## Links - Rate and broker check: https://app.dispaloadiq.com/#rate-check - Cost per mile: https://app.dispaloadiq.com/#cpm - Rate-con capture: https://app.dispaloadiq.com/#capture - Broker trust: https://app.dispaloadiq.com/#broker-trust DispaLoadIQ LLC.
