DispaLoadIQ
You are a dispatcher. What you need is your first carrier.
DispaLoadIQ is the directory truck owners search when they need a dispatcher. Listing is free.
Straight answer first, so nobody wastes time
- We are not an employer. We pay no one and we do not hand out clients. The directory is where a carrier finds you and deals with you directly. The money moves between the two of you; we take no part in it and no cut of it.
- There are not many carriers in the directory yet. The platform is launching and you would be among the first listings. Promising a stream of clients would be a lie, and lying on the first screen is a poor start.
How it works
- You build a profile — Lanes, trailer type, experience, your fee and a few words about you. Carriers search by trailer and lanes. Without them nobody finds you.
- A carrier finds you — The carrier is looking for a dispatcher who runs their trailer and their lanes, and reaches you directly — no middleman in the conversation. In the app they can message you inside the platform; on the web that is not open yet, so there they use the contacts you put in your profile.
- You agree terms without us — Rate, commission, terms are yours to settle. We do not hold the money and take no percentage of the deal.
What you get free, before your first client
- Broker check by MC/DOT. Straight from the FMCSA registry: authority active, bond on file, insurance. Plus a loud separate flag when the number belongs to a carrier rather than a broker: if that carrier took a load it cannot haul and is handing it to you, that is double-brokering.
- Rate-con reader. Paste the text and it pulls out free detention hours, TONU, the notification window, quick-pay, and what the document leaves out. With the exact wording beside it so you can check us.
- Rate desk and load P&L. Built on the carrier's own cost per mile, not a market average. It makes the rate conversation with a driver short.
- Three languages. Interface in EN / ES / RU. The email to the broker comes out in English even when you write it in your own language.
Who the directory is for
We do not vet profiles: everything in one is your own word, and it is labelled that way. A score comes later, and only from outcomes at least three different carriers reported. So four things in the profile carry the weight: Languages. English for brokers, plus your own. That is an advantage here, not a gap. Put them in your About section. Experience. How many months you have actually dispatched. A course with no clients yet still counts; just say so plainly. Trailer. Reefer, flatbed, van, power only. A carrier looks for someone who knows their type. Your own carriers. Whether you already have one or two. That last one matters most. If you already have a carrier, bring them along, the tools are free for them too. The directory fills from both sides at once or it does not work at all.
