DispaLoadIQ
DispaLoadIQ — honest answers before you book a load
A free decision co-pilot for owner-operators, small fleets and independent dispatchers. Three questions before a load is booked: is this broker real, is this rate fair for my truck, and what is left after my costs. English, Spanish and Russian.
Free tools that need no account
- Broker check — an MC or USDOT number, or a company name, against the live FMCSA registry: authority status and history, bond or trust fund, broker or carrier, the registered phone to call.
- Rate confirmation reader — detention, TONU, penalties, payment terms and what the document leaves out, with the exact wording. The text stays in your browser.
- Cost per mile calculator — your own break-even from your own figures. Nothing is pre-filled.
In the app
Rate-con capture, per-load profit and loss, detention claims, IFTA mileage, fuel log, invoices, tax reserve and a compliance calendar. Use it with a free account, or look around first in a clearly labelled demo.
What it is not
DispaLoadIQ is not a load board and not a dispatch service. It does not find freight and it takes no percentage of any load. You bring a load you already have, and it tells you what that load is worth to you.
The rule behind the product
If a number is not measured, the product says so instead of estimating. A market rate, a pay signal or a score appears only when real data stands behind it.
Questions and answers
How much does DispaLoadIQ cost?
It is free. No credit card, no trial countdown and no percentage of any load.
Is DispaLoadIQ a load board?
No. It does not list or find freight. It checks the broker, reads the rate confirmation and works out what a load you already have is worth to you.
Where does the broker data come from?
From the public FMCSA registry of the US Department of Transportation, read live on every lookup.
Who is it for?
Owner-operators, small fleets of up to about twenty trucks, and independent dispatchers.
